What is the film faced plywood ?It is also known as shuttering plywood or formwork plywood.It is designed for buildings and construction application.

First,the film color is different,usually it has black film,brown film,red film and green pvc/plastic film or we can customize according to customers requirements.
Second,the core is different.It usually has recycle core and fresh core.The recycle core film faced plywood is cheaper than fresh core.But the quality is not as good as the fresh core.About the fresh core,usually 11 layers and 9 layers.
Third,the thickness is usually 18mm or 17.5mm,can according to customers' need.The size is usually 1220*2440mm(4'X8').
Fourth,Film faced plywood is used in concrete formwork.It serves as the surface for casting concrete structures such as walls, beams, and slabs.
It is also used in a smooth and durable surface, such as flooring, scaffolding, truck and trailer beds, and packaging.
