The materials of film-coated plywood mainly include PVC, PET and PU. PVC film-coated plywood uses PVC film as the film material, which is made after heating, pressure and lamination. It has high strength and good surface flatness and is suitable for home decoration, furniture, packaging and advertising. PET film-coated plywood uses PET film as the base material and is made by gluing hot melt adhesive and base material. It is suitable for medium and high-end furniture. PU film-coated plywood is made by PU foaming process. It has the characteristics of heat preservation, waterproof and fireproof. It is suitable for wallboard and roof in the construction field.
In addition, building film-coated boards usually use poplar as raw material. These raw materials are made by cutting the logs horizontally according to a certain layer thickness, and then cutting them into wood layers of the same proportion. These wood materials need to be glued together firmly with adhesives during the production process.
